1. Quiénes somos

2. Objeto
Estas condiciones regulan el uso del sitio y la venta en línea de los productos Terra Criollo (tabletas de chocolate, pasta de cacao, nibs, cacao en polvo, manteca de cacao, bocaditos y pinolillo). Al hacer un pedido las aceptas.
3. Productos y precios
Las descripciones y fotos son lo más fieles posible; el empaque puede variar ligeramente. Los precios se expresan en córdobas (C$). El importe total, con los impuestos que correspondan, figura en la factura. Los precios para tiendas, hoteles y restaurantes (venta mayorista y consignación) se acuerdan aparte.
4. Pedido
Recibes un correo de confirmación con el número de pedido. El pedido queda firme cuando confirmamos la disponibilidad y la entrega por WhatsApp o correo. Si un producto no está disponible te lo decimos y puedes cambiarlo o cancelarlo sin costo.
5. Pago
Pagas por transferencia bancaria BAC o por PayPal, indicando el número de pedido como referencia. Los datos de pago se envían en el correo de confirmación. Preparamos el pedido una vez recibido el pago, salvo acuerdo distinto (por ejemplo, pago contra entrega o consignación para puntos de venta).
6. Entrega
Entregamos en Managua y alrededores, y coordinamos otros destinos de Nicaragua por WhatsApp. La fecha y el costo de entrega se confirman antes de enviar. Revisa el pedido al recibirlo y firma la hoja de remisión.
7. Calidad, devoluciones y reclamos
Por tratarse de alimentos, no aceptamos devoluciones de productos abiertos. Si un producto llega dañado, derretido o no corresponde a tu pedido, avísanos en las 48 horas siguientes a la entrega con una foto: lo reemplazamos o te reembolsamos. Conserva el chocolate en un lugar fresco y seco, entre 18 y 25 °C.
8. Códigos promocionales
Un código por pedido, no acumulable, válido mientras esté activo. Podemos retirar un código en cualquier momento; los pedidos ya confirmados conservan el descuento.
9. Responsabilidad
Hacemos lo posible para que el sitio esté disponible y sea exacto, pero no respondemos por interrupciones técnicas ni por un uso de los productos distinto del indicado. Consulta la lista de ingredientes si tienes alergias (el chocolate blanco contiene leche).
10. Propiedad intelectual
La marca Terra Criollo, los logotipos, las ilustraciones de los empaques, los textos y las fotos pertenecen a Terra Criollo S.A. No se pueden reutilizar sin autorización escrita.

12. Ley aplicable
Estas condiciones se rigen por las leyes de la República de Nicaragua. Antes de cualquier reclamo formal, escríbenos: buscamos siempre una solución amistosa. En su defecto, son competentes los tribunales de Managua.

2. Scope
These terms govern the use of the site and online sales of Terra Criollo products. Placing an order means you accept them.
3. Products and prices
Descriptions and photos are as accurate as possible; packaging may vary slightly. Prices are in córdobas (C$); the total with any applicable taxes is shown on the invoice. Prices for shops, hotels and restaurants (wholesale and consignment) are agreed separately.
4. Orders
You receive a confirmation email with your order number. The order is final once we confirm availability and delivery on WhatsApp or by email. If an item is out of stock we tell you and you can swap or cancel it at no cost.
5. Payment
Pay by BAC bank transfer or PayPal, with the order number as reference. Payment details are in the confirmation email. We prepare the order once payment is received, unless agreed otherwise (cash on delivery, or consignment for points of sale).
6. Delivery
We deliver in Managua and nearby and arrange other destinations in Nicaragua on WhatsApp. Date and delivery cost are confirmed before shipping. Check your order on arrival and sign the delivery note.
7. Quality, returns and complaints
As these are food products, opened items cannot be returned. If a product arrives damaged, melted or wrong, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo: we replace or refund it. Store chocolate somewhere cool and dry, between 18 and 25 °C.
8. Promo codes
One code per order, not cumulative, valid while active. We may withdraw a code at any time; confirmed orders keep their discount.
9. Liability
We do our best to keep the site available and accurate but are not liable for technical interruptions or for uses of the products other than intended. Check the ingredients if you have allergies (white chocolate contains milk).
10. Intellectual property
The Terra Criollo brand, logos, packaging illustrations, texts and photos belong to Terra Criollo S.A. and may not be reused without written permission.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Nicaragua. Please write to us before any formal claim; failing an amicable solution, the courts of Managua have jurisdiction.
